Cabins in the Fall

Northern Pike: Yellow Five of Diamonds, Potato Bug, #5 Mepps (no hair), Mepps Musky Killer, Nickel Red Eyes, Johnson silver Minnows. Wire leaders of 25 lb. test or better are a must. 14 - 20 lb. test line with 6-6 to 7" medium to heavy rod.

Lake Trout: You can use the same lures as for Northern, but in a larger size. We recommend 2 - 3½ oz or larger 1-3 oz jigs.

Walleye: Jigs 3/8 - ½ oz. in yellow, white, black, and chartreuse. 2 - 5" Blue Fox Vibrax and Vibrasonic spoons (gold and orange hammered).

Arctic Grayling: 6-7 foot ultra light rod with a good spinning reel with 4 lb. test. #0 and #00 Mepps, Panther Martins, or Rooster Tails, all with shiny blades.
